The company owns two equivalent repair workshops, one in Kerns (OW) and one in Kirchberg (SG).
Repairs are generally not carried out on-site.
Repair program:

• Portable household appliances and machines, both manual and electric. Large appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, etc. are excluded.
• Sewing machines
• Floor and wall clocks
• Simple toys made of metal and plastic
• Technical toys, excluding RC model airplanes and RC ships

Organizational matters:

• Necessary spare parts will be procured by agreement. They will be invoiced at cost price.
• No guarantee can be given for the repairs
• Items for repair can be dropped off and returned in person or by mail
