You describe the problem at gamesandmore.ch/reparaturen/ and receive an initial assessment within 24 hours on weekdays. We'll give you a fixed price before the repair; the repair will only begin after your approval. You can send your device by mail or, by prior arrangement, bring it to us in Holziken. After the repair, we'll thoroughly test everything, and you'll get your device back.
